This is a guide for Air 1. Are you looking for Air 1 Go, Air 1 Plus or Air 1 ANC ?
When you receive your Air 1 earbuds, please follow instructions for quick start.
Make sure you remove both earbuds from charge case and keep them within 15 cm (5" inches) from each other first to let them pair to each other. Only then you can connect them to your device.
In case you see both Air 1 by Happy Plugs and Air 1 by Happy Plugs L showing in your Bluetooth devices' list, restart your headphones. To do this:
- Delete Air 1 from you Bluetooth devices' list
- Put earbuds back to the case and wait for 10-15 seconds.
- When you take (both) earbuds out of the case, they should be able to pair correctly.
If this does not work, please refer to the Reset Procedures here or here.

Had the same problem with pairing my plugs.
Now I can use both of my Happy Plugs.
I also had the same problem. FACTORY RESET works to fix this problem.

Ok everyone. These instructions were driving me crazy, what was I doing wrong?! Here it is.
When pressing & holding the 2 earbuds in the case do this:
After deleting ‘forget this device’ is done, I put the earbuds back in their case & stood above to avoid them slipping while I pressed down on their touch points, with my pointer finger & thumb on bottom of each. Their lights should both stay on for the 10 seconds & you will see them blink back & forth to each other while it says ‘air 1 pairing’.
They really need to include this in their online instructions!! It finally worked.
I was trying for a very long time & even emailed them. They wanted a video sent to them which would have helped as well. Glad I gave it one last attempt! You should too.
My right side plugs are not working...it doesn’t give sound and not flash the led light when the case is fully charged...
