This is a guide for Air 1. Are you looking for Air 1 Go, Air 1 Plus or Air 1 ANC ?
When you receive your Air 1 earbuds, please follow instructions for quick start.
Make sure you remove both earbuds from charge case and keep them within 15 cm (5" inches) from each other first to let them pair to each other. Only then you can connect them to your device.
In case you see both Air 1 by Happy Plugs and Air 1 by Happy Plugs L showing in your Bluetooth devices' list, restart your headphones. To do this:
- Delete Air 1 from you Bluetooth devices' list
- Put earbuds back to the case and wait for 10-15 seconds.
- When you take (both) earbuds out of the case, they should be able to pair correctly.

I tried this multiple times, my earpieces just cannot pair to each other.

I have tried several times each time they don't pair. And I'm not happy for my plugs and I can not refund them at my store.
the earbuds don't pair even with the method
Nope! Doesn’t work for me either. No further instructions given if you don’t hear the reset or pairing prompts in left ear piece. Just assumes that it works but it doesn’t. So frustrating!
Got them yesterday, the right is not pairing to the left earbud. The left earbud does not pair to the phone nor the right side at all!!! the reset procedure does not work as well!!
Same thing happening to me (although they worked fine for 3 weeks). Literally have been going back and forth with them for a week on this issue with no resolution.

I can’t get them to pair to each other
Yup it just wont work. This hasn't helped and the LED on the left earbud keeps blinking really quickly and doesn't stop even after doing a factory reset
