This is a guide for Air 1. Are you looking for Air 1 Go, Air 1 Plus or Air 1 ANC ?
If your left earbud doesn't produce sound, check following:
1. Does it say "Power on", "Power Off", "Pairing", etc?
2. Is the LED light illuminated inside of the case?
3. Is the left LED light flashing fast when you take it out of the case?
If you answered to any question "Yes" then it seems your earbuds lost pairing. Please follow instructions to reset your Air 1s.
Below you can find two reset method depending on your Air 1 model:
Method 2 (Limited Edition Air 1 and newer models of Standard Colour)

My answer to all of these questions is no, the left one does not blink and not make any sounds. What is wrong then? This article does not tell.

Hi, in my case the answer is 'Yes' to all of them, as well as I have reset my earplugs multiple times. There is never any music or other sound from my devices playing, even when both ear plugs tell me they are connected. What do I do then?
