To start a warranty claim for your Happy Plugs product with defect, please send us an email at help@happyplugs.com. Prepare your order number and photo of your faulty product. We will help you go through the warranty procedure and offer one of two options, depending on your order status:
(1) replacement product of the same model and colour,
OR
(2) refund of your purchase.
If you have purchased your product in retailer store and not on the official Happy Plugs website, please go back to the store for assistance on product replacement or refund.

I received a pair of these headphones for my Birthday from my great aunt in Tronto , Canada! I charged them and was pleased the second time I charged them they got so hot I could smell the plastic and it was hot to touch . I tried to use them and they had poor sound quality and they went dead extremely fast. My great aunt has passed and I don't know how to go about getting the warranty to replace them especially now that I have seen they have been recalled!,

Hi they worded great the first day and the next day only one earphone worked and at a time they could not pair. I have returned them to you last week and still not received my money back I have emailed you about my 10 times can I get my refund ?

Received Air1 ANC as a gift in March. They worked fine to start with except I couldn’t make or receive calls. The left ear piece has disconnected itself and cannot be re-paired. I have constant issues connecting them to my iPhone so this morning I reverted to old plug in earphones to run with. I took them on a flight recently and they kept powering off even though they were fully charged - these were bought for me as they were noise cancelling and would be useful for flights.
I have performed a reset and they still don’t work as they should.

Hi, I would like to request an exchange of my earphones as they recently started glitching every time I raise my shoulders while listening to music and yesterday a sudden screeching noise occurred while I was listening to music. It was quite loud and painful and my ears were ringing for about a day; so I no longer think this pair is safe to use. However, I did purchase them from BestBuy and did not get a warranty there as I knew that HappyPlugs has a 1 year warranty already. Will this be a problem?

I bought from my former company KAZOO last month. It was shipped by BestBuy. My Air 1 zen is not able to pare a device ( it doesn't speak 'paring'), and never pared a device successfully.
I bought my earphones in best buy Vancouver. I went back to the store after two month they mentioned the warranty is with the brand. They told me to email you but I haven't recieved any answer since a month ago. The product is not working.when I put in my pocket, I unpaired itself.Also when there are more people there interference in whatever I am listening. Which is the email or the phone that I have to contact.
