Happy Plugs Joy - Quickstart

1. Charge

Before pairing Happy Plugs JOY to your Bluetooth enabled device, make sure the JOY charging case has been charged for at least ten (10) minutes with the earbuds inside.

2. Pair the Earbuds

Open the charge case and keep the earbuds in place to enter pairing mode.

Happy Plugs JOY is now ready to be connected to your Bluetooth device.

3. Activate Bluetooth

Go into your device settings and enable Bluetooth. You should find "Happy Plugs - Joy" in the list of available devices.

Pro tip: If your device cannot find your Hope headphones, try repeating the steps above. If still not working, you might need to perform a factory reset. Please refer to Happy Plugs Joy - How to Reset on how to reset.
