Happy Plugs Hope - How to Reset

1. Prepare

If you have connected Happy Plugs Hope to your phone or tablet before, go ahead and delete them now from the Bluetooth Settings. Also make sure the Hope charging case has been charged for a couple of minutes. 

2. Perform Factory Reset

Place the earbuds in the charging case. With the lid of the charge case open, press and hold the button on the bottom of the charge case for ten (10) seconds until all four (4) LEDs flash five (5) times.

Happy Plugs Hope is now reset. 

3. Pair the Earbuds

Open the charge case and keep the earbuds in place to enter pairing mode.

Happy Plugs Hope is now ready to be connected to your bluetooth device.
