Within 30 days from delivery of your product, you have the right to return your product. It has to be returned to us in perfect, unused condition in unopened packaging including packing slip received with delivery.
Returns will be only accepted if the product is in intact and sealed packaging.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns of used earbuds.
Return shipping fees are paid by customer and will not be reimbursed. However, in case of exchange of product, we will not charge you for shipping your new product.
Please note that upon receipt of your return, we will refund the price of the product. Shipping fee is not refundable.
