Happy Plugs Joy Pro - How to Reset

1. Prepare

If you have connected Happy Plugs Joy Pro to your phone or tablet before, go ahead and delete them now from the Bluetooth Settings. Also make sure the Joy Pro charging case has been charged. 

2. Perform Factory Reset

Place the earbuds in the charging case. With the lid of the charge case open, press and hold the button on the bottom of the charge case for six (6) seconds until the LED flash seven (4) times. Happy Plugs Joy Pro is now reset and ready to pair to your device. 

3. Pair the Earbuds

Visit Happy Plugs Joy Pro - Quickstart for full pairing instructions.

• Charge your Joy Pro for a least 10 minutes before use.
• Open the charge case and keep the earbuds in place to enter pairing mode.
• Select “Happy Plugs Joy Pro” on your phone/device to pair.

Your Happy Plugs Joy Pro is now connected to your Bluetooth device and ready to use.
