If you have connected Air 1 ANC to your phone or tablet before, go ahead and delete them now from the Bluetooth Settings. Also make sure the Air 1 ANC charging case has been charged for a couple of minutes.
2. Perform Factory Reset
Place the earbuds in the charging case. With the lid of the charge case open, press and hold the button on the bottom of the charge case for ten (10) seconds until all four (4) LEDs flash five (5) times.
Air 1 ANC is now reset.
3. Pair the Earbuds
Open the charge case and keep the earbuds in place to enter pairing mode.
Air 1 ANC is now ready to be connected to your bluetooth device.

I reset the plugs already 29x times that isnt the problem! I also send already a video how I reset the happy plugs. The problem is that you already replace the happy plugs now I have a new set and again only the left plug connect. yes I have tried Iphone and android, yes I have reset, yes I try to connect and its not woking; only 1 happy useless plug will connect. HOW CAN I CONNECT BOTH PLUGS TO MY PHONE?
I keep having troubles with my Air 1 ANC. After a couple of days of successful pairing, at some point the stop connecting to each other. Only either the left or the right (most of the time is the left) is the only one that connects to my device. Normally I need to go into my device, forget the device, factory reset the plugs and pair them again. This is already annoying as it happened minimum 5 times a week (using them daily) but now it's worse, I have tried this same steps 5 times today and only the left keeps pairing.
This is so annoying, I was a happy customer but now I am so pissed at these plugs. I have had them only for some months and I am already thinking it was a bad brand choice.
