This is a guide for both Air 1 Plus Earbud and Air 1 Plus In-Ear. Are you looking for Air 1, Air 1 Go or Air 1 ANC ?
1. Prepare
If you have connected Air 1 Plus to your phone or tablet before, go ahead and delete them now from the Bluetooth Settings. Also make sure the Air 1 Plus charging case has been charged for a couple of minutes.
2. Perform Factory Reset
Place the earbuds in the charging case. Press and hold both touch control areas for ten (10) seconds. Both LED-lights will flash three (3) times.
Air 1 Plus is now reset.
3. Pair the Earbuds
Take the earbuds out of the case and hold them close to each other. The LED-lights will blink rapidly. When paired, one of the LEDs will stop blinking, while the other continues.
Air 1 Plus is now ready to be connected to your bluetooth device.

Pro tip: When resetting your earbuds, make sure they don't move around inside of the case and keep connection with charging pins in your case. To help with that, you can use your thumbs to hold them in place!

Please touch the sensor and not the top of the earbud. The sensor is above the led light with the flat surface. Please press and hold gently for 10 seconds and the light should blink 3 times after.

Since a month I have the Air Plus 1. However, one of my earplugs, the right one, is broken. When I take the ears out of the box I hear 'power on'. I can connect and use the left earpiece. The right ear on the other hand blinks very fast, almost as if it is blinking continuously.
I hear that it turns on, but after a while it turns off automatically. So I can't connect to it. I have tried to connect it again several times. I also tried to set it to factory settings, but this didn't work either.
I am now at the end of how I could solve this. If you have a solution I would love to hear it!

Upon checking, it seems that the way your earphone lights reacted means that the reset was not done correctly. The right side which blinks fast was reset however, the left side is not.
We suggest to please reset the left side or best reset both of them again.

They wre working great at the begging but now my right earpiece keeps flashing light but. It says that is connected but it's not working and after a few moments it says "power off". And only the left earpiece is working.
My earbuds don't connect at all, not even to each other. The left light blinks steadily when in the charging station but the right has trouble. Even when I move the right one around and the led light blinks, I held the touch sensors for 10 seconds but they don't blink and won't connect.

I have a pair of Airplus, had them for about 2 months now. The sound is great but now i am having this issue of the earbuds unable to pair, done the reset procedure many many times but it does not work. When pairing i see one bud flickering rapidly (2/s) and the other flickering extremely rapidly. It goes on but never pairs. As a result each earbud appears separately and only can be played at the time. Help please ?

The way you described the earphones after reset seems that it was not reset properly. That means you need to reset it again and make sure that you were able to press and hold the touch controls for 10 seconds for accuracy.

Ive followed the whole guide the WHOLE GUIDE!Now they both blink rapidly and i reset them as instructed!!!!!
At first the right earbud blinked rapidly. Then i reset them. Repeatedly. It even got to where they wont reset together anymore.
They never even recognized the touch commands they have from the getgo aside from pause/play!
I have the air 1 plus happybuds.
What are these earbuds rated for in terms of cold tempurtures? I live in an arctic environment and want to know if these have recieved some kind of cold and or water damage. And DO NOT TELL ME TO RESET THEM AGAIN!!!! THAT DOES NOTHING!!

Sorry to hear that, based on how you described the lights it seems like it was not reset properly. Rapid blink on the earbuds simply means it was not reset properly. Touch commands are on top of the LED lights and you can also see it when you put them back on the charge case.
The temperature does not affect the performance and even the functionality of the touch sensors however, it will not work if you are pressing it with your hand gloves on. The switch works using body capacitance, a property of the human body that gives it great electrical characteristics. When a person touches it, their body increases the capacitance and triggers the switch.

Yes the touch commands AREW affected by the cold. They do not accept commands in the cold. The body capacitance function requires above freezing tempurtures, and i live below zero farenheight.
As for resetting them i finally did reset them. However it took too long to do. Measures need to be taken to prevent this in the future with your future products

I would not recomend Happy plugs til anyone. Aften one mounth the left ear is broken. I have tried to factory reset many times, but to no use.
I see many people here have the same problem as me, and that it happens after a mounth of use. My left earpice are blinking quick while the right one blinks slowly.
I will NEVER buy a Happy plugs product again.

As i bought the Air 1 Plus, it happened to see that the left earbud blinks rapidly while the right one blinks normally after resetting few times. And when it comes to connecting, only the right one got connected while the left one remains blinking rapidly.

Rigth side is not blinking the led ligth when you take out in the charger case...and the left side led light is blinking to fast....and when you put in the charger case only left side led light is blinking and the rigtht side no led light

I've tried resetting the device by doing this countless times already, but it is not working! The right earbud works perfect, however, the left one turns on and starts flickering very fast. It won't connect to the right earbud or my phone, and after a couple of minutes it turns off.
Two days ago my left earbud stopped working. I tried resetting it but that only made it so that i no longer can pair my earbuds. So now none of them work. When i try to pair them, the right earbud starts blinkning quickly and the other one blinks slowly, then nothing happens and they eventuellt turn off.
Is there any way of fixing this or do i have to buy new earbuds?

I have these earplugs and they were working amazingly except now I'm having issues with the right ear bud. When i take it out of the case it connects and even the pause, raise volume, etc button works but nothing can be heard. I can see it connected but I can't hear the sound it makes when I connects. Is it a fixable issue or is it just broken?
