    Llevo meses intentando que me den una respuesta desde Ipoint de Unicenter, Argentina, y me dicen desde apple que me recomiendan que me comunique con ustedes. El auricular izquierdo de mis Happy Plugs a los dos meses dejo de funcionar y nada se hace cargo de los mismos

    Best thing is to go back to the store? I bought these at 6/6/2022 at an airport for $50 in a state that's at least 4 flight hours away. These haven't last me 10 days and the left already no longer pairs. Who wants to have only one earbud working for $50? The quality of these is not worth that price. This is a scam.

    I was gifted my set, and have been unable to pair them at all.... 15 factory resets and 4 different devices later, still nothing.

    This is the second pair of Air zen headphones that have stopped working after 2 months - have reset to factory Settings, completed all the steps as advised and still neither mine nor my husbands headphones will pair any longer! This cannot be by accident that we got 2 faulty sets. We purchased abroad so canbot return to retailer and the company will not help with their product. Terrible customer service
